About Between Humans
Laura founded Between Humans in 2021 in response to her own experiences working in community, social enterprise and charity leadership roles, and the transformative impact of being coached. Realising that there is an accessibility gap between traditional leadership coaching and grassroots and community leaders, she set out to bridge it through creating a contextually and culturally informed leadership coaching practice which is responsive to the needs, pressures and challenges of social and community leadership.
Coaching at the Grassroots of Social Impact
Creating happier communities, fairer societies and a better world is not just about igniting change outside of ourselves. Transformational work starts within us, yet this is the part that we often overlook. The price we pay is our own wellbeing. At Between Humans we empower social and community leaders not only to balance their work and their wellbeing, but to uncover the intrinsic connections between their inner growth and realising their vision for change.
